The mini fridge and microwave in our suite made snacking super easy for the kids. Loved the cozy sofa area for movie nights, and the water bar was a refreshing touch. Location was spot-on with the tram right outside. We appreciated the spacious layout too.

The location is excellent, right by the Philharmonie concert hall, with tram access at the front. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa area and a great shower. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the complimentary water fountains available throughout the premises.

Parking was difficult to find.

I stayed for two nights in a spacious Superior Suite with one double bed and one single bed. The kitchenette made it easy to heat snacks. I loved the free sparkling water bar on every floor. The tram station is conveniently located just across the street. Staff were accommodating and friendly. 😊

A fantastic group getaway! We loved exploring the nearby forest and taking a leisurely stroll to the old town. The room was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for our needs. The breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff was super friendly and helpful, ensuring a great start to our days. I highly recommend staying here!

One minor issue was that the TV channel selection wasn't as extensive as we hoped. A few more options would have been nice, especially when winding down after a long day of sightseeing.
